Gone by November?

Whatever you feel about the upcoming presidential election, you have to agree on one point: George W. Bush will be out of a job in January. Celebrate good times, come on.
Maybe he’ll have plenty of time to pose for photos pretending to cut down trees on his Crawford ranch. But I have a feeling he’ll get the call from Roger Ailes or Bill O’Reilly to be a guest-host sometime. Yes, Fox News is always looking for new talent.
I say this because Bush’s brain…ahem, “advisor” Karl Rove recently turned up on the Most Powerful Name in Fake News as an “expert” for the rotating talk shows that fill up their schedule. Rove has proven himself to be well-spoken, telegenic, and a master of the Dark Arts of Televised Punditry. Can Bush really be far behind in offering his expert opinion on why the rest of the world hates us?
I’m looking out for Dubya, of course. He could have his own show, “Having a Beer with Dubya.” Or “Cooking Oil with Bush.” Have your people call my people, Mr. President.
